Work plan
The work plan conceived by ELECON project for efficiently achieving the proposed objectives is composed by 7 Work Packages (WPs) subdivided into specific tasks. Each WP has a partner leader and a specific duration (indicated with the start date and end date). The WP leader which will be responsible for appropriately reporting on the WP execution to the Management Committee, namely in what concerns the exchange performance, the achievements, the training and knowledge transfer accomplishments.
